Hi everyone,

I'm very happy to announce that Hequn accepted the offer of the Flink PMC to become a committer of the Flink project.

Hequn has been contributing to Flink for many years, mainly working on SQL/Table API features. He's also frequently helping out on the user mailing lists and helping check/vote the release.
