Using Flink with Confluent Kafka Distribution

I am new to Flink/Kafka, and I was wondering if it is possible to use the Confluent distribution of Kafka, since it has a nice feature set on top of the Apache distribution. If so, is there any documentation on which version we should be using and what features would work with Flink and which wouldn't ?
