Rule expression for CEP library

Hi,

Apart from the Java/Scala API for the CEP library, is there any other way to express patterns/rules which can be run on flink engine?

Are there any plans on adding a DSL/Rule expression language for CEP anytime soon? If not, any pointers on how it can be achieved now would be really helpful.
