Parallelism and max-parallelism

Dmitry Golubets
Hi guys,

I would appreciate if someone could explain to me what's the difference between those two.

The current description refers to "dynamic scaling", and yet I can't find anything about it in Flink's docs.

Best regards,
Dmitry
