Is incremental checkpointing already supported?

But I saw the document of latest release version mentioned the incremental checkpoint. (https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.1/internals/stream_checkpointing.html#recovery)

Is incremental checkpointing already supported in current version(1.1)?
