Flink streaming Python

I have asked the same question back in Jan 2016 and checking again with community to see if there is any update or plan for supporting streaming Flink in python.

I find it can't support kafka source from code.

There's an open PR that adds a streaming Python API.

Would be great if you could check it out and provide some feedback!
