Features with major priority/future release/s

Hi,

Can you try to describe what is planned for the future releases and eventually link the Jira issues/bugs to it?

Some very important features have a Major priority, like:

[1] Add a SQL API (on top of Table API)

[2] Add KMeans clustering algorithm to ML Library (kmeans ++ & ||) 

[3] Create evaluation framework for ML Library

while [4] has a Major priority as well (but not that important).

Hi Ovidiu,

This is still subject to community discussion. We created a wiki page
to keep track of the essential features to be included in 1.0:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/FLINK/1.0+Release

Otherwise, everything which is marked "Fix version 1.0.0" in JIRA is a
candidate to be included in the 1.0 release.
