Documentation for Fold

Hi All, 

Currently i'm going through the documentation for DataStream here and minor error in the docs. I thought i should inform you. 

I think fold only works for keyed data stream.

We have already corrected that in the snapshot documentation at
https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-0.10/apis/streaming_guide.html#transformations

I fixed it also for the 0.10 documentation.
